Parlance Operator Assistant™ is a voice-driven call routing application that callers actually enjoy using. Unlike IVRs and automated attendants, Operator Assistant interacts with the caller just like an operator – there are no frustrating menu options or lengthy dialogs to endure. Just a simple greeting and immediate connection to a human.

Operator Assistant is provided as a Managed Service. Parlance assumes the majority of day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and management tasks  -- not your IT resources. Provided at a single, flat monthly service fee, Operator Assistant brings immediate impact and improved service for callers.
