In Summer 2020, the CCATT Board of Directors met virtually over the course of multiple days to embark on a strategic planning process that would help guide CCATT’s short-term and long-term efforts. This process allowed CCATT leadership to reexamine the mission, vision, and goals of the association. As a result, CCATT created a new strategic plan, “Focus Forward 2024”, that will help lead the association’s efforts for the next four years.
